1. The guide rail of the instrument is a mixed structure of rolling and sliding (pasted with plastic).
1.1 The X direction is a sliding (pasting) guide rail with good rigidity and stable accuracy, and the ball screw drive.
1.2 Z direction is THK precision rolling guide imported from Japan. Flexible operation, high precision, long service life and no creeping.
2. The instrument has quick movement and fine adjustment mechanism in X and Z directions.
3. Tool locking adopts vacuum locking, with strong versatility (the instrument is equipped with a vacuum pump). The main shaft is locked mechanically.
4. The instrument adopts CCD optical non-contact measuring system. The display unit is a 17 "color LCD touch screen.
5. The instrument is equipped with image processing software, which can automatically track and identify the cutting edge graphics of the tool in full screen, and automatically and accurately measure the radius and length of the tool. It has the functions of metric and British system conversion and diameter and radius conversion.
6. The instrument can automatically track and measure the angle and arc R of the tool.
7. The instrument has the function of central presetting, which can accurately adjust the boring and milling tools to the required size.
8. The instrument is equipped with precision grating system and PCI data acquisition.
9. The instrument is controlled by PC, which can exchange data with the host and store information of 10000 tools.
