1. Safe and reliable solid-state RF power supply

5. High precision constant temperature system
The whole optical path of the instrument is protected by the precision constant temperature system. The temperature control can be set in real time according to the actual ambient temperature of the customer laboratory, without long time uninterrupted open adjustable, the temperature control precision is ≤±0, 1ºC, the precision constant temperature system ensures the stability of the optical path, and the test data is more stable.

6. Ultra-high resolution optical path system
The instrument is equipped with imported grating with ultra-high resolution of 4320 lines, and with special optical path adjustment technology, the resolution of the ordinary instrument is about 0, 008nm reduced to 0, 005nm. The ultra-high resolution ensures that there is no mutual interference between the test elements.

7. High precision airflow control system
The plasma gas, auxiliary gas and carrier gas in the instrument work are all controlled by high-precision mass flow controller (MFC), which has continuous adjustable flow rate and high precision of output airflow, ensuring the accuracy of test data.

8. Automatic adjustment of observation position
The instrument adopts a two-dimensional mobile platform design, which can adjust the position of the torch tube in real time through the software, and find the optimized observation position through the feedback signal value, so as to obtain strong sensitivity and obtain accurate testing effect.

9. Peristaltic pump sampling device
The instrument is equipped with a four-channel twelve-roller high-precision peristaltic pump, which can guarantee the precision of injection and prevent liquid accumulation at the same time. The speed of the peristaltic pump can be adjusted continuously to meet various test requirements of customers.
 

10. Ultra-low cost of use

When the instrument is not working, the power supply, cooling water tank and gas of the instrument are all closed, without any cost. The instrument works immediately out of the box, without long time of optical path preheating. Argon with purity of 99 and 99% can be used instead of high pure argon of 99 and 999%, which can save at least one third of the cost.
 

11.High sensitivity detector
The instrument is equipped with high sensitivity imported photomultiplier tube (PMT) as the detector, which can automatically set the best test parameters for different elements to be tested to achieve the ideal detection state and give accurate test results. No refrigeration, no purging, long service life.
